When you coach other people:

  • Are you detail-oriented, or do you naturally see the big picture?
  • Do you use logic or internal feeling values when making a decision or framing a powerful question?
  •  Are you organized in your approach to coaching or more open-ended?
  • Are you more introspective or action-oriented when working with clients?
  • And finally: do you like to talk a lot to your clients, or do you prefer to remain silent?

The truth is, each of us uses all of these strategies when we coach, but we tend to favor one over the other.

One thing is for sure: approximately 90% of the other people you coach and people, in general, do not see things exactly as you do!

This webinar is based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). It was first published in 1944 as the Briggs Myers Type Indicator Handbook and then renamed the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator in 1956. It’s translated into more than 30 languages and is currently given to millions of people worldwide.

Even if you’ve taken the MBTI before or are trained to use it with clients, we promise you’ll find this webinar to be loaded with valuable strategies and information! You’ll be able to take what you’ve learned and apply it immediately both to your coaching practice as well as to your personal life.

Did you know that you have definite “blind spots” when gathering data and making decisions? Do you ever wonder if your client (spouse, partner, child, etc.) understands an important point you’re trying to make? In truth, they may not!

When you know both your gifts and blind spots, your life as a coach gets a lot easier. You see where you may need to focus your attention in order to deliver top-quality service to your clients. As a result, your interactions with clients become productive, exciting, and even fun!

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Learn all about the MBTI, including what it does and does not measure
  • Receive a detailed, informative analysis of your MBTI profile
  • Assess the specific strengths your type brings to any coaching situation, whether with individuals, teams, or groups
  • Recognize your “blind spots” and what to do about them
  • See how your MBTI reacts to stress, and what to do to regain equilibrium
  • See how to increase your communication effectiveness with a variety of clients
  • Discover your personal pathway to creativity
  • Uncover how your personality type specifically benefits problem solving in a team environment

If you have any questions, just email [email protected] and he will make sure I see them and respond.

I look forward to seeing you there... we will have a great time!
